Canada Lands Company – CLC
Canada Lands Company is a self-financing an arm’s length Crown corporation. CLC purchases surplus strategic properties (creative thinking in community, managing, financing and so forth) at fair market value (FMV) from the federal government for the purpose of improving, managing of properties or sells them to achieve best possible financial and community value for both the Government of Canada and local communities in Canada.
